SGIX Fault Reporting Procedure
1. All faults should be reported to our 24x7 NOC either via Email (email@example.com) or Phone : +65 6991 2136.
2. Please provide the following information to our NOC:
a. Inform NOC that you are a “member of SGIX”, so that they can route your ticket accordingly.
b. Provide them your name, company and contact details.
c. Provide them your circuit ID; which is your SGIX assigned IPv4 address (e.g. 103.16.X.Y).
d. A short description of the problem.
3. You will be provided with a ticket number. Please quote this ticket number for all subsequence communication with our NOC.
